Website and Conference Contact Forms
We use the personal information of name, organisation, telephone number and email address as submitted on the website contact form or at a conference, in order to provide information of interest back to the individual.
Conference Lists, Bought in Data Lists and Business Partners
The majority of the information held is in the public domain on the internet or LinkedIn, or supplied by conference organisers or through specialist databases which have been commercially acquired. Data held would include Organisation Name, address and social media links. The only personal data (other than names) that we hold are email addresses and telephone numbers. We use this information to enable allow us share information regarding products and services which are relevant to the persons business.
We use the business name, address and the VAT number as well as contact name, phone number and email address in order to process orders from customers. This is all provided through an account form or a purchase order. The data is held on a specialist password controlled and cloud based accounting software which is only accessible by our finance team.
